Prior to shipping, your frame will fully prepped; all threads chased, bottom bracket shell faced and all appropriate fittings installed.
Weights are given in pounds and were measured on our Topeak digital scale.
"c-c" = center to center measurement
"c-t" = center to top measurement
"virtual" refers to the effective size of a sloping/compact frame
Because of all this variation in measurement, the top tube length is arguably the best way to size a frame.
